They help with the whole process and even recommend payroll contractors if needed and work contracts that you can personalise. All applicants that we have seen and interviewed have been of a high calibre and hold all relevant vetted qualifications. Our last 3 nannies have been found through Pumpkins and all still engage with our child after leaving (travel and had a baby).
